I am Dr. Soumya Paul, a Postdoctoral Researcher at Purdue University under the supervision of Prof. Shelley A. Claridge. I completed my Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Kolkata (IISER Kolkata) in the Department of Chemical Sciences, under the supervision of Prof. Priyadarsi De (PI) and Prof. Arindam Mukherjee (co-PI). My Ph.D. research focused primarily on the development of polymeric nitric oxide donors for various biomedical applications and understanding their nitric oxide release mechanisms.
